Fame System

For Brewers there is a system in which players are ranked based on who can create the most potions.

  • Rank Point +1: 3 Condensed Potions created without failure in a row.
  • Rank Point +3: 5 Condensed Potions created without failure in a row.
  • Rank Point +10: 7 Condensed Potions created without failure in a row.
  • Rank Point +50: 10 Condensed Potions created without failure in a row.

Alchemist ranks can be checked via usage of the /alchemist command ingame. Potions made by an Alchemist class player who is in the top 10 list will receive a 50% bonus to their efficiency. This does not apply to potions used through Potion Pitcher or Slim Potion Pitcher.

Creation = INT + (DEX ÷ 2) + LUK + Job_Lv + Random[30, 150] + (Base_Lv − 100) + (Potion_Research_Lv × 5) + (Full_Chemical_Protection_Lv × Random[6, 10])
Difficulty = Specific_Value + Item_Rate

If Creation > Difficulty by at least 400, creates the maximum number of potions allowed.
If Creation > Difficulty by at least 300, creates 3 potions below the maximum allowed.
If Creation > Difficulty by at least 100, creates 4 potions below the maximum allowed.
If Creation > Difficulty by at least 1, creates 5 potions below the maximum allowed.
If Creation < Difficulty, creates 6 potions below the maximum allowed.

Hammers

All the smith skills are passive, so in order to start the forging process you need to use a hammer. The hammer needed depends on the level of the weapon you want to forge:

Ores

Ranking System

For Forgers there is a system in which players are ranked based on who can make the most weapons.

  • Rank Point +1: For upgrading a Level 1 weapon that the player has forged to +10.
  • Rank Point +10: For successfully creating a Level 3 weapon that contains 3 stones (either 2x 1000.png and an Elemental Stone, or 3x 1000.png ).
  • Rank Point +25: For upgrading a Level 2 weapon that you have forged to +10.
  • Rank Point +1000: For upgrading a Level 3 weapon that you have forged to +10.

Blacksmith ranks can be checked via usage of the /blacksmith command ingame. A weapon created by ranked Blacksmith will deal an extra +10 Mastery ATK damage.

Rune and Dragon Knights can craft several runes. Runes can be consumed only by Rune and Dragon Knights to cast special skills similar to Magic Scrolls. To craft a rune, double click on the Rough Runestone, select the rune you wish to craft from the list, then click okay.

The base success depends on the level of the skill Rune Mastery:

The success of crafting is also influenced by stats:

  • BaseSucessRate = (30 + 2 × Rune Mastery Skill Lv)%

The success is also influenced by the grade of the rough rune stone used: the higher grade of Runestone used, the higher the chance of success. All rough rune stones can be farmed or bought in the main office from the Knight Dealer {{#navi:main_office|48|59| }}.
